A Song of My Daughter

I love my parents,
My parents love me.

I love my mamma,
My mamma loves me.
I love my baba,
Baba adores me.

When mamma came to Baba,
He was deserted.
When pappa came to her
She was in utter despair.

Papa with his strength of mind
Pulled her to the life.

Before that pappa was arrogant,
His arrogance’s unknown to him
Mamma made him realise
What arrogance is!

She came, she loved
She was nurtured, she bloomed.

Then in a one fine morning with the crow of cocks
I came. I have loved. They care, they cry
They ponder, they pray.
I see my world in their eyes.
